Here is their Mission Statement:

Since 1953, The Nutley Chamber of Commerce has represented businesses and professionals with a wide variety of enterprises, working together to promote the economic development of our town. It is an integral part of Nutley’s hometown character and small town image. It is a voluntary, non-profit, private organization, autonomous and independent, neither seeks nor accepts financial aid from any other organization. Financed entirely by membership dues, the Chamber is not supported by tax dollars, affiliated with town government nor answerable to any other organization. Its sole loyalty is to its members and our community.

Chamber members are dedicated to the premise that in unity there is strength. Cooperation is key. They believe more can be accomplished as a group than as individuals. Attending to the needs of its members contributes to the overall well-being of the township.

Best Parts

Hands down, the best part of this site is the Member Directory. They list all of the members along with business information and links to their sites.
I also like the Calendar of Events.

Could Be Better

I would certainly like to see a little more modern design. The site has some useful information, it’s just not very easy on the eyes. Since I’m not one to criticize without suggesting an better alternative, I would be happy to offer any web design/development tips.
